Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products made with "naturally derived & skin-friendly ingredients". Please read our policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• ✅ Product is damaged in transit
• ✅ Wrong product delivered
• ✅ Product is expired at delivery
• ✅ Manufacturing defect

2. Non-Returnable Items

• ❌ Opened products
• ❌ Used products
• ❌ Products returned after 24–48 hours of delivery
• ❌ Clearance items
• ❌ Products damaged due to misuse

Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, opened products are strictly non-returnable.

3. Return Window

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• • Order ID
• • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
• • Clear photos

4. Refund Process

Once approved:

• • Refund processed within 5–7 business days
• • Refunded to original payment method
• • COD orders refunded via bank transfer

5. Cancellation Policy

• • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. COD Terms & Conditions

COD orders are processed only after successful confirmation (via WhatsApp/Call).

Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept a COD delivery at the time of arrival without a valid reason, VIMAURA reserves the right to blacklist the customer from using the COD payment method for future orders.

Non-Refundable Charges: In case of any return or refund, all shipping and conveyance charges are strictly non-refundable.
