1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
✅ Product is damaged in transit
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Product is expired at delivery
✅ Manufacturing defect
2. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Opened products
❌ Used products
❌ Products returned after 24–48 hours of delivery
❌ Gift cards
❌ Clearance items
❌ Products damaged due to misuse
Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, opened products are strictly non-returnable.
3. Return Window
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
• Clear photos

4. Refund Process
Once approved:
• Refund processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunded to original payment method
• COD orders refunded via bank transfer
5. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
