VIMAURA Lifetime Membership — Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 4 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the VIMAURA Lifetime Membership Program operated by VIMAURA Natural Solutions LLP (“VIMAURA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for membership, the applicant agrees to the following terms.

1. Membership Eligibility & Registration

• Membership is subject to successful registration and acceptance by VIMAURA.
• Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Each membership is intended for individual use and is linked to the registered member’s details.
• VIMAURA reserves the right to verify registration information and reject fraudulent, duplicate, or incomplete applications.
• Membership is non-transferable unless VIMAURA expressly permits otherwise in writing.

2. Lifetime 10% Discount

• Eligible members may receive a 10% discount on eligible VIMAURA products for the duration of their valid lifetime membership.
• The discount applies to eligible purchases made through VIMAURA’s officially authorized sales channels, as specified by VIMAURA.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• The discount cannot be combined with other offers, promotional codes, or special pricing unless expressly permitted by VIMAURA.
• The discount does not apply to shipping charges, taxes, gift vouchers, or other excluded items unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Any product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or applicable discount limits will be disclosed to members before purchase.
• The discount is not applicable retrospectively to purchases completed before the discount was applied.
• VIMAURA may investigate suspected misuse of membership discounts and may suspend benefits where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse, subject to applicable law.

3. Digital Membership Card

• An eligible member may receive a digital VIMAURA Lifetime Membership Card after successful registration.
• The card is issued for identification and membership verification purposes.
• Members must not reproduce, alter, sell, or misuse the membership card.
• Members should promptly notify VIMAURA of any unauthorized use or incorrect information associated with their card.
• VIMAURA may update the card’s design or digital format without affecting the member’s underlying eligible benefits.

4. Wellness Resources

• Members may access selected wellness blogs, articles, educational materials, and other resources made available by VIMAURA.
• Resources are intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
• Wellness information is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Members should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding individual health concerns.
• VIMAURA may add, update, or discontinue particular resources from time to time.

5. Product & Event Updates

• Members may receive information about new products, launches, promotions, events, and community initiatives.
• Updates may be communicated through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for which the member has provided appropriate consent.
• Members may opt out of promotional communications at any time, subject to legally required service-related communications.
• Event invitations, early announcements, and launch updates do not guarantee admission, product availability, or priority access unless expressly stated.

6. Expert Advice & Educational Content

• VIMAURA may share general wellness tips, educational content, and insights from its expert panel.
• Access to expert content does not automatically entitle members to individual consultations or personalized professional advice.
• Any consultation, if offered, may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, scheduling, availability, and fees.
• Members must not interpret general wellness content as a diagnosis, prescription, or guarantee of health outcomes.
• VIMAURA does not guarantee specific results from the use of educational information or products.

7. Appreciation Certificate

• Appreciation certificates may be issued to members who actively participate in eligible VIMAURA community activities.
• Certificate eligibility may depend on participation, contribution, attendance, or other published activity-specific criteria.
• Certificates are intended to recognize participation and do not constitute an academic qualification, professional licence, or government accreditation.
• Issuance of a certificate is not automatic and remains subject to verification of the relevant participation.
• VIMAURA may decline to issue or may revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation or fraudulent conduct.

8. Annual Gift Voucher

• Eligible members may receive an annual gift voucher in accordance with the membership benefits and voucher policy announced by VIMAURA.
• The voucher’s value, issue date, validity period, eligible products, and redemption conditions will be communicated at the time of issuance.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
• Vouchers may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly permitted.
• Lost, expired, or misused vouchers may not be replaced or extended unless VIMAURA decides otherwise or applicable law requires it.
• VIMAURA will communicate any eligibility conditions or restrictions before the relevant voucher is issued.

9. Community Activities & Sustainability Initiatives

• Members may be invited to participate in plantation drives, sustainability campaigns, awareness programs, exhibitions, and other community activities.
• Participation is voluntary and may require separate registration.
• Activities are subject to availability, venue rules, safety requirements, and event-specific instructions.
• Members must behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and event guidelines.
• Participation does not guarantee a certificate, reward, reimbursement, or other benefit unless expressly announced for that activity.
• Members must obtain appropriate consent before taking or sharing identifiable photographs, videos, or personal information of other participants.

10. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide truthful registration information.
• Use membership benefits only for their intended purpose.
• Avoid fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale of benefits, and misuse of discounts or vouchers.
• Respect VIMAURA staff, experts, community members, and event organizers.
• Comply with applicable laws and published community guidelines.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

• VIMAURA will handle members’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• Information may be used for membership administration, benefit delivery, customer support, and communications where legally permitted.
• Personal information will not be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.
• Members may contact VIMAURA to request access, correction, or deletion of their information, subject to applicable legal obligations and record-retention requirements.
• Members should review the Privacy Policy available on the official VIMAURA website before registering.

12. Suspension, Cancellation & Misuse

• VIMAURA may suspend or cancel membership benefits where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, material misrepresentation, unauthorized transfer, or serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where appropriate, VIMAURA will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to clarify or remedy the issue.
• Membership may be cancelled at the member’s request, subject to applicable law and any outstanding legal obligations.
• Cancellation or suspension will not affect rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
• Any decision affecting a member’s benefits will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the published membership policy.

13. Changes to the Membership Program

• VIMAURA may update administrative procedures, eligible product lists, communication methods, and event arrangements from time to time.
• Material changes affecting existing membership benefits will be communicated to members in an appropriate manner.
• Changes will not retrospectively remove benefits already validly redeemed or override rights protected by applicable law.
• The term “lifetime” refers to the duration of the membership under the published program rules; it does not guarantee that every product, event, resource, or promotional activity will remain available indefinitely.
• Any material change to the lifetime discount or other core benefits will be handled subject to applicable law and the terms applicable to existing members.

14. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, VIMAURA is not responsible for temporary interruptions in digital resources, communication services, or third-party platforms beyond its reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects a member’s statutory consumer rights or other rights available under applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed through good-faith discussion and, where necessary, the appropriate legal forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

17. Member Acceptance

By submitting the membership registration form, the applicant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to participate in the VIMAURA Lifetime Membership Program in accordance with them.
