For more than two decades, he served in the Government of Uttar Pradesh in various educational leadership roles, including District Coordinator under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan.
He further strengthened his expertise while serving as a Regional Psychologist at the Regional Psychological Centre, where he worked extensively on psychological assessment, counselling, and behavioural development.
Since July 2025, Dr. Chandra has been working full-time as a Psychologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Mind Power Expert, helping individuals unlock their hidden potential and transform their lives through evidence-based psychological interventions.
